Wall Street opens lower ahead of the Fed’s interest rate decision

The main indicators opened in Wall Street Low, today, Monday, at the beginning of a week during the profit-taking season and ahead of the Federal Reserve (US Central Bank) meeting on interest rates.

The Nasdaq Composite Index started trading down 109.37 points, or 0.94%, to 11512.34 points.

The Dow Jones industrial average fell 68.87 points, or 0.20%, to 33,909.21 points, according to Reuters.

The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index fell 21.29 points, or 0.52%, to 4,049.27.
