“Wall of Tebet Resident Dismantled Due to Uruk Pressure from Neighbor’s Land”

Jakarta

Wall Bu Army of Tebet, which was increasingly weathered by the pressure from the neighboring soil, is now being dismantled bit by bit. Bu Ami stated that there was no foundation on her neighbor’s uruk land.

“No foundation at all. Piles of rocks and trash. My wall How not destroyed to be a backup,” said Mrs. Ami to detikcomSaturday (13/5/2023).

Mrs. Ami lives in the Kebon Baru Village area, Tebet, South Jakarta. Demolition was carried out on Friday (12/5) for renovation. The demolition was carried out bit by bit because, if it was dismantled too wide, it was feared the wall might collapse. You see, there is a neighboring land uruk pushing this wall from the opposite side.

The foundation is what Bu Ami’s family hopes to have in this land of Uruk. However, until now, the foundation has not been built. Until finally on Saturday (6/5), Mrs. Ami took refuge in a rented house because the condition of the walls of her house was increasingly prone to collapse.

Mrs. Ami’s daughter named Amanda explained that there were rocks to glass cups in the uruk soil. The uruk material was visible after the walls of his house were dismantled a bit.

“There is a glass. This (dirt) is completely filled with debris,” said Amanda.

He dismantled the wall because he wanted to build a stronger columnar wall to withstand the pressure of the piled up soil from the outside. The construction of the column wall was financed privately.

The owner of the uruk land is Mrs. Ami’s neighbor named Abdurachman. Abdurachman himself admitted that he had implemented the directive from the DKI Jakarta Cipta Karya, Land and Spatial Planning (Citata) Agency.

“First, I was asked to reduce the height of the existing land. Second, I was asked to make a water canal,” said Abdurachman to detikcom, Monday (8/5/2023).

The DKI Citata Service gave instructions to Abdurachman to reduce the height of the landfill, build a water channel so that the water does not stagnate and weather Bu Ami’s walls, and also build an infiltration well.

He stated that meetings have been held many times, the last meeting was held in the fasting month yesterday. The DKI Citata Service to the Kebon Baru Village have also surveyed the location several times.

“It’s true, there have been four meetings. I appreciate all parties, starting from the RT, RW, sub-district, urban village, service. I have never really felt a meeting as serious as this. I really appreciate it,” said Abdurachman.
