Behind this new vision is the talent of Frenchman Jean-Louis Deniot, a young promise of interior design, who has created a vibrant reference to the height of the iconic skyscraper. Every detail of the residential spaces was carefully considered to preserve the French Art Deco style that identifies Waldorf Astoria New York: custom paneled interior doors, brass hardware and custom cabinetry, plus polished marble and mosaic vanities. that follow an insignia pattern.
Access to this area will be independent from the hotel, and two lobbies will be available at the entrance of the residences, both with 24-hour service, while six elevators will open a privileged way to restaurants, bars, spas and other state-of-the-art amenities.

In a floor with more than 4,600 square meters, residents will find health, wellness, entertainment and business spaces very close to a pool that overlooks Park Avenue and adds elements rescued from the original construction. To achieve this, multiple experts have worked, over the years, to restore artifacts full of history to return them to their place of origin, within the complex’s grounds. The beginning of a new era is yet to come.
