Waldkirch: Search for missing persons on the Kandel near Waldkirch with a happy ending – Young man from Freiburg reported safely to relatives

On Saturday afternoon, the police searched with the help of mountain rescue service, a search dog team and other helpers for a young man from Freiburg missing in the Kandel area.

Since the search forces were able to find his car and a track led to the Thomashütte, an emergency helicopter was also alerted.

A little later, however, the missing person reported safely to his relatives, which is why the search could be stopped.
