Also try these changes at home to relieve your symptoms:

Sucking on ice cubes or lollipops to increase saliva in the mouth.

Try sugar-free gum or candy that contains xylitol, as this stimulates the salivary glands.

Drink or sip plenty of water throughout the day.

Not breathing with the mouth open at night, while using an air humidifier.

Avoid spicy or salty foods and sugary drinks.

Limit caffeine and alcohol.

– Reduce smoking.
