What did you miss?
The RIVM officially has this winter not a single case of the flu established. The explanation is that the disease is kept at bay by the corona rules. Samples in GP practices showed that none of the people with flu symptoms had flu.
The RIVM warns that the figures are distorted by the pandemic, because many GPs have adjusted their work due to corona. Most people with flu symptoms are also not tested at the GP, but in a test street of the GGDs.
