Good morning! The House of Representatives is debating the cabinet’s decision not to bring nearly 200 Afghan security guards and their families to the Netherlands. And today in Leiden it is celebrated 450 years since the city was freed from the Spanish.

The Israeli army has carried out an airstrike on the Basta-Bachoura area, the BBC reports. According to Lebanese government officials, a medical facility was targeted, which the British public broadcaster linked to Hezbollah said. At least six people were killed and seven others wounded in the attack, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said.
