The private military company “Wagner” was legalized in Belarus as an educational organization.
The registration document is posted on the website of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
It says that Wagner Group LLC (the Belarusian version is TAA Wagner Group) was registered on August 4 in the Osipovichi District Executive Committee in the Mogilev Region (located on Vostochnaya Street in the village of Tsel). Its main activity, according to the entry, is “other types of education”.
As reported EADailyfounder of PMC “Wagner” Evgeny Prigozhin registered a limited liability company “Concord Management and Consulting” in Belarus. The relevant information was also published in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of the Ministry of Justice of Belarus.
