We are looking for a dynamic and experienced doctor to take on the role of Coordinator within our Home Hospitals team. As a coordinating physician, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating home medical care, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Assessment of medical needs of patients at home.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans.

• Coordinate with nurses, physiotherapists and other health professionals.

• Participation in the training of health workers.

• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and quality standards

You will be in active contact with the Medical Director of VYV3 Bourgogne, Dr. SPHERE

Profile required

You have a State Diploma of Doctor of Medicine and are registered with the Order of Physicians.

You have relevant clinical experience, preferably in a home hospital.

Benefits:

• €75,000 to €100,000 Full-year according to profile for full-time equivalent and including SEGUR bonus + other bonuses (on-call, holiday bonus)

• 27 paid leave + 23 RTT
