“The fact is that the geopolitical circumstances have changed, Europe is de facto at war,” Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in his address to the citizens of Serbia.
Vucic announced that he would not talk about daily political issues, after which he immediately turned to the topic of the Franco-German plan for Kosovo, BGNES reported.

“The first version, which is not much different from the second, we all saw it in the past days in various media, the so-called Franco-German plan, but nobody wanted to talk about the context, the circumstances and what Serbia is facing. It’s always more than easy to find countless complaints and we can’t find anything to rave about in this document,” stated Vucic.
“I have been involved in all the discussions since Dacic was at the head of the government and it has never looked like this. The question is why? The fact is that the geopolitical circumstances have changed, Europe is de facto at war,” said Vucic.
The President of Serbia added that at the meeting with the international “five” – the representatives of the EC, USA, Germany, France and Italy, on Friday he was told that he should accept their proposal, because otherwise the process of European integration would be interrupted.
According to Vucic, he was told that he would face suspension and withdrawal of investments, and the third measure would be a comprehensive economic one that would have consequences for Serbia.
