The PC version of the assassin game Hitman 3 will receive support for virtual reality in January 2022. This is announced by the developer IO Interactive themselves via Twitter. Previously, the VR version of the game was only available for Playstation VR.
The upcoming vr update is part of year two for Hitman 3. According to Io Interactive themselves, Hitman 3 is now the series’ most popular title ever. In total, the entire Hitman World of Assassination trilogy (Hitman, Hitman 2, Hitman 3) will now reach over 50 million players.
The game will also support beam trace tracking on PC and during the year, Io Interactive will release new maps, stories and game modes such as Elusive Target Arcade.
