Such plans are offered not only in Salzburg and Graz, but also for many Upper Austrian elementary schools (Steyregg, Traun-Oedt, Wels-Mauth), but the useful aid is not available for schools in Linz. “Linz has a lot of catching up to do here. We also have to start working out plans to get to school and make them available to the families, ”says VP city vice-president Bernhard Baier in view of the approaching start of school. The basis for the creation are regular surveys of parents whose children are already attending elementary school and are therefore familiar with the specifics on site.
