For this electoral process, migrants will again be able to cast their vote in the United States for the presidential binomial. Registered compatriots will have the possibility of voting in 15 cities of that country.
The cities where polling stations will be located are Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, California; Houston and Dallas, Texas; Miami and Orlando, Florida; Atlanta Georgia; Raleigh, North Carolina; Charlotte, South Carolina; Arlington, Virginia; Queens, New York; Trenton, NJ; Chicago, Illinois: and Henderson, Nevada.
As previously reported, the voting centers will be defined between January and February, but it is intended to use educational centers, parks, churches and the like to reduce costs.

REGISTERED ABROAD
According to data from the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) there are 80,639 registered abroad. This represents 0.90 percent of the total enrollees.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Minex) counts as of December 2022 an estimated 2,813,983 Guatemalans living in the United States.
In addition to the DPI applications for Guatemalans residing abroad, there are 428,243 only in that North American country.
In a press conference on January 10, magistrate Blanca Alfaro explained that the states in which it will take place are the same as those of the 2019 process, but “they are bringing the vote closer” where more than 500 registered voters register.
CIRCUMSCRIPTIONS
The 51 states were divided into four constituencies, which were defined as follows:
Constituency 1: Northeastern states
Connecticut, Delaware, Distrito de Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia y West Virginia.
Constituency 2: Southeast States
Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Constituency 4: Western States
Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
