Thirteen proposals were voted on in Switzerland in 2021. The municipality of Zurich won seven votes and lost six.
With only seven votes won, Zurich is one of the municipalities that were most frequently outvoted in Switzerland. A total of 20 municipalities only won seven of the thirteen votes, and a further six municipalities even won only six or five.
