Nico Teichmann (SV Eischott): In the surprising 4-1 win against SV Tappenbeck (1st district class), Nico Teichmann played an unfamiliar role in the central midfield. “He held everything together and also contributed a goal and a template”, and thus honestly earned his nomination, writes his trainer Lukas Heider on Facebook.
Hakan Aydogmus (TC Gifhorn): TC Gifhorn made it double-digit at MTV Wasbüttel II (2nd district class C) and won 10-0. Half of all hits came from Hakan Aydogmus, who even scored a flawless hat trick with the last three TC hits and was suggested by his captain Osman Özdemir.
Patrick Brockmeyer (TuS Neudorf-Platendorf): Patrick Brockmeyer celebrated a true picture book comeback in Gifhorn’s 1st district class C. The player from TuS Neudorf-Platendorf had not been on the field in a competitive match for a full 16 years. “It took a hand-stopped 16 seconds until he scored the important 3: 3 equalizer in the away game at SV Wagenhoff with his first ball contact,” writes Niklas Ranft on Facebook. In the end, TuS even won 4: 3.
Jannes Drangmeister (SSV Kästorf): After a 2-0 lead, 1. SC Göttingen 05 turned the game against SSV Kästorf into a 2: 3 from the hosts’ point of view. Once again, the Kästorfer could rely on Jannes Drangmeister, who made the fourth win of the season for the national league team with three goals.
Leif Otto (SV Barnstorf): District league leaders (Season C) SV Barnstorf struggled against bottom light SV Reislingen / Neuhaus for a long time, although they played a good hour in excess.
