“Volvo’s Electric Flagship EX90 Production Delayed Due to Software Issues”

Volvo representatives have confirmed that production of the manufacturer’s electric flagship EX90 will be delayed as Volvo resolves software issues. The manufacturer states that additional time will allow better software development and full-fledged testing.

The EX90 was originally scheduled to go into production at Volvo’s plants in the US and China at the end of this year, but Volvo now says production will begin in the first half of next year. This means that the manufacturer cannot say exactly when the deliveries of the machine will start. Volvo has also not explained exactly what problems they encountered and why additional time is needed for software development and testing.

Volvo recently announced that they were forced to temporarily stop taking orders for this model, as the pipeline has exceeded Volvo’s greatest ambitions and the first production batches have already sold out.
