General Chairperson of the Central Mileanies National Network, Muhammad Ramli Rahim, questioned the location of the fault of the DKI Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedanrelated to the findings of travelers wearing T-shirts that read ‘Anies Baswedan President, Prosperous Indonesia’.
In his investigation, according to him, the shirt was made by a resident of Jakarta who probably sympathizes and is grateful for all of Anies’ efforts and hard work, then hopes that Anies will become President of the Republic of Indonesia.
“The question is, what’s wrong with Anies with that shirt?” asked Ramli in the written statement received CNNIndonesia.comThursday (28/4).
He said, travelers who wore T-shirts that read ‘Anies Baswedan President, Prosperous Indonesia’ could be called volunteers. According to him, people who understand the philosophy of volunteering will actually not question the steps taken by volunteers.
“His name is also volunteer, he can’t be controlled, he just moves on his own, they are not paid, they are not charged and even spend their own money,” said Ramli.
Furthermore, he reiterated the statement from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government that there was no production and distribution of T-shirts by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Anies only provided packages of medical equipment, such as masks and hand sanitizers to travelers on the bus.
