The proliferation of kittens is, unfortunately, a recurring phenomenon at this time of year. But because of the confinement, it took on a particular scale.
In Saint-André-les-Vergers, a group of volunteers from the association “Chats sans toit” takes care of feeding them – with the agreement of the municipality – in different sectors. But, this year, they are overwhelmed.
