After long debates on the feasibility, legality and interest of digital Covid tracking in Belgium, a monitoring application should see the light of day in September. A call for tenders was launched a few weeks ago for companies wishing to develop and launch a project as soon as possible. A tool that should make it possible to fight more effectively against the spread of the pandemic, which is currently on the rise.
Four applications had been received by the interfederal committee responsible for tracing and testing. The latter announced on Tuesday evening that it is finally the Brussels start-up Devside which was chosen for the development of the project.
