The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has no intention of communicating with the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. He wanted to talk to the country’s leadership about the situation in Ukraine, but he was refused.
The Russian “Interfax” reports it, quoted by fakti.bg. According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Putin and Kadyrov often communicate on various issues. In recent weeks, however, tensions between the two have increased over Kadyrov’s disagreement over how the war is being waged in Ukraine. Peskov said there was no room for Kadyrov in Putin’s agenda.
