According to information from Gegonota News, he told the investigator that he cannot believe what he has been told that he has done and believes that everything happened in a fantasy world.
“We ask that he be treated as a patient and we are convinced that prison will not help him. He believes that what has happened, happened automatically and the cause is the use of substances, which does not help him to remember. He believes that everything happened on a dream level, he is delirious,” said the legal representative of Mr. Moschos.

His parents requested that there be confinement in a psychiatric clinic, but the judges decided that this could happen in the Korydallos psychiatric hospital.
