Olympiacos entered the 1st matchday of the Super League at the Panthessaliko stadium with the right hand, defeating Volos 2-0, who played from the 33rd minute with ten players.
Olympiacos came into the game very strongly and with the driving forces of Zelson, Rodinei and Ciquinio they suffocated Volos who were defending but did not avoid the goal in the 13′ when Zelson found Rodinei and he opened the score with a left-footed shot (0-1) .
