SPORTY LOOK – Volkswagen completes its ID electric range with the sports versions of the compact ID.3 and the ID.7 Tourer wagon. Both called with the acronym GTX (ID.3 GTX e ID.7 GTX Tourer), are characterized not only by greater power, but also by some specific stylistic “touches” which, among other things, include a specific light signature. The GTX Performance variant is also available for the ID.3 which has additional power.
VOLKSWAGEN ID.3 GTX – The Volkswagen ID.3 GTX (photo above) and the GTX Performance differ in power, the former has 286 CVwhile the Performance reaches altitude 326 CV. Both share an APP550 permanent magnet synchronous motor (PSM) which transmits a torque of 545 Nm to the rear wheels, which ensures 0-100 km/h in 5.6 or 6 seconds, with an electronically limited maximum speed of 180 ( in the GTX) or 200 in the GTX Performance. There drums from 79 kWh (net), should guarantee a mileage approved on the WLTP cycle 600 km.
VOLKSWAGEN ID.7 GTX TOURER – The Volkswagen ID.7 GTX Tourer (photo above) ha 340 CV guaranteed by two engines powered by one drums with a capacity of 86 kWh net (91 kWh gross), which should ensure aautonomy theoretical of 600 km (the value on the WLTP protocol has yet to be approved). Aesthetically it features a distinctive bumper with honeycomb grille, illuminated badges and a distinctive luminous “signature”. All the black elements they have a glossy finish, a color that we find on the side sills and the lower area of the rear fascia. Here too we find 20-inch Skagen alloy wheels as standard. The passenger compartment is characterized by i customized seats (heated in the front) with perforated GTX lettering in the backrests, red profiles, contrasting red stitching on the dashboard and doors. The multifunction steering wheel is also specific, also with red decorative stitching.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY ARE GTX – Both have a bumper front specific where a new independent black air intake with diamond design and new LED daytime running lights are housed. The black body elements have a glossy finish, as do the side sills and the rear diffuser. They also represent something new 20″ rims, which are part of the standard equipment. While inside we find sports seats with an ergonomic design in fabric and imitation leather with contrasting red stitching. The most powerful ID.3 GTX Performance is equipped with adaptive control of the DCC chassis.
