Observers of the Golos movement announced dozens of cases of the participation of residents of Yekaterinburg in the all-Russian vote with special “directions from employers”. About this on his Facebook page reported interregional coordinator of the movement Alexander Grezev. The “Voice” consider the presence of such areas as a sign of coercion to vote.
According to Grezev, in the early days of the survey, “up to half of the voters come with directions.” The documents recorded by the Voice include the details of LSR, Uraltransmash, the Variety Theater, the Ural Folk Art Center, the regional narcological hospital and other budget organizations, as well as the date of early voting. Moreover, formally, no additional documents are needed for early participation in the vote – just a passport is enough. At PECs, bearers of such documents are stamped with acceptance and signed.
“The regional commission and TECs took a“ perfect ”position. If the voter submits any application to the commission and asks to put a mark on acceptance, this must be done. The issue of paperwork. But the essence of bullying and shameful coercion. Our region has never seen such a scale even in the presidential election, ”writes Alexander Grezev.
At “Uraltransmash” (part of the holding “Uralvagonzavod”) they announced that they will issue voting directions for “delimiting flows and preventing mass crowds at polling stations.” “Employees are recommended to vote on a specific day or at any convenient time from June 25 to July 1 in accordance with the working hours of polling stations. The obligation of the employee to provide any reporting by voting is not provided. There are no types of control over voting by the enterprise, ”reads the commentary of the director of human resources of the enterprise Vladimir Tretyakov, distributed by the Center for Public Observation of the Sverdlovsk Region.
Voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation started on June 25. According to the regional election committee, as of last night’s three days of voting, the turnout in the region was 20.77%, or 691 thousand voters. 88 thousand people took advantage of the right to vote at home, 39 thousand people participated in the voting in the local territories. In Russia as a whole, for three days the turnout was 28.46%, including remote voting. Among the record holders for turnout are the Republic of Tuva (47.99%), the Tambov Region (46.59%) and the Chechen Republic (46.23%). In the movement “Voice” they believe that such indicators “are the result of fraud and coercion”.
