The mobile communications provider Vodafone is currently reporting a massive supra-regional disruption. Both the Internet and telephony are therefore affected.

Vodafone disruption: nationwide problems reported
The disruption is apparently a nationwide problem. The reports came from almost all regions and cities in Germany, from Berlin to Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart or Cologne to the Vodafone headquarters in Düsseldorf.
