Update 17:00: We asked Vodafone and were told it was not a national fault. Rather, they are isolated incidents that are currently being corrected.
Repair of damage to the cable affecting around 1,000 families is currently underway in Leipzig. In Frankfurt am Main, Vodafone is carrying out the repair of a damaged fiber optic line. It affects the area of Kobbachstraße / Berkersheimer Weg and about 500 customers.
In Duisburg this was a local connection error which has since been corrected. If you live in one of the areas mentioned, you must now wait for the technicians to complete the work.

There are more and more riots at Vodafone. Customers report this to us on our fault indicator. According to our data, in addition to the Internet connection, the Internet, television and telephony are also affected.
On Vodafone’s internal support card interruptions of all services to Duisburg and Frankfurt am Main are currently reported. However, we receive problem reports from all over Germany and also from the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Düsseldorf and Leipzig.
It is not yet possible to predict what is causing the outages and how long it will take to correct the problems. We will keep you updated here as soon as something new is known.
