The School of Veterinary Medicine at Freie Universität Berlin is one of five veterinary schools in Germany and serves as the central university partner for veterinary service in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. As part of the university network “Berlin University Alliance”, the school cooperates with numerous university and non-university research institutions. Multi-faceted areas of employment and the unique environment of a university of excellence in Berlin provide an interesting and diversified field of work in teaching, research and service.
The Small Animal Clinic of Freie Universität Berlin is the central university institution for veterinary services in the field of small animal and pet medicine in the Berlin-Brandenburg region with more than 6 million inhabitants. In addition to our comprehensive tasks in teaching and research, we focus on the medical care of all types of small domestic animals and exotic pets as well as small wild animals. We offer a 24/7 emergency service and are looking for enthusiastic support of our team.

What is required for employment with us
- Completed university studies in veterinary medicine
- license or permission to practice as a veterinarian
What are we awaiting from you

- interest as well as involvement in student education in theory and Practice
- communicative skills and team spirit
- good English language skills and the willingness to learn German language timely (at least on basic level)
