Details: According to him, by other two decrees, Putin appointed Admiral Alexander Moiseev as Commander-in-Chief of the Navy and Vice Admiral Konstantin Kabantsov as Commander of the Northern Fleet.
Both previously served as interim holders of these positions.
According to “Kommersant”, Pinchuk was born in 1971 in Sevastopol. Since December 2011, he commanded the Novorossiysk naval base of the Black Sea Fleet.
