Vladimir Cerrón, ruled this Sunday regarding the decision to transfer the investigation of the case ‘The dynamics of the center’ from Junín to Lima.

This was determined by the national superior coordinating prosecutor for corruption cases, Omar Tello, after admitting a new report presented by the Junín prosecutor, Bonnie Bautista, in which the grounds for which the case should be assumed by a Supraprovincial Prosecutor’s Office were expanded Specialized in Crimes of Corruption of Officials with national jurisdiction.

The Fourth Supranational Prosecutor for Corruption Cases will continue the preliminary investigation of the alleged criminal organization.
