TRIBUN-MEDAN.com – Vivo officially launched its newest smartphone from the Y-Series family, namely I live Y21 in the Indonesian market.
The phone was presented as a complement to the Vivo Y21s which was introduced earlier on 5 September.
“We present Vivo Y21 as an option for Indonesian people who want smartphone specifications that are qualified for daily activities and come at an affordable price,” said Vivo Indonesia Senior Brand Director, Edy Kusuma.
In the country, the cellphone is sold at a price of Rp. 2.4 million and is planned to be available from 20 September at offline and online stores of Vivo partners in Indonesia, as reported by Kompas.com, Sunday (19/09/2021).
However, Vivo is holding an exclusive Pre-Order program that will last until September 19 at an e-commerce store in Indonesia.
In that period, consumers who order I live Y21 will get an Indosat bundling package with a quota of up to 138GB for one year only by topping up Rp 40,000 per month.
In addition, consumers can also get free gifts in the form of Vivo XE-100 earphone accessories, JOOX VIP Premium subscription for 30 days, as well as a 0 percent installment promo for down payment (DP), interest and admin fees.
Has the Extended RAM feature
Although targeting the middle class mobile segment, I live Y21 equipped with features that are present on the Vivo X60 Series flagship phone, namely Extended RAM.
“Consumers can use the Extended RAM feature on this smartphone which is usually found on flagship class smartphones for the smooth running of various daily activities,” added Vivo Indonesia Product Manager, Gilang Pamenan in the same statement.
As the name suggests, this feature allows the phone to “borrow” a small amount of internal storage space up to a maximum of 1 GB, and turn it into extra RAM to lighten the workload of the phone.
