Vivo Y17s: Affordable Muslim Choice with High-End Specifications

Muslim choice. Vivo has launched its newest product Vivo Y17s, a low-end device which was just announced in Singapore on Sunday (17/9/2023).

The Vivo Y17s cellphone comes with a new screen design and a rear camera system with a capacity of 50 MP, which will be a new dream for those who have limited funds.

This device has very good specifications, relying on extensive storage, a high-resolution camera, a large battery, and a high-quality screen, as well as a trendy design.

Quoted from Gizmochina, the Vivo Y17s has an IPS LCD screen measuring 6.56 inches with HD+ resolution (720×1612 pixels).

This screen is equipped with a standard refresh rate of 60Hz and support for an NTSC color gamut of 83%, a brightness level of 840 nits, and a pixel density of 269 ppi, so the screen will still be visible when exposed to sunlight.

Turning to the photography section, the Vivo Y17s comes with a dual setup system consisting of a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2 MP f/2.4 depth camera. This camera is paired with an LED-Flash light.

Meanwhile, for selfie needs, it is supported by a selfie camera with 8 MP f/2.0 resolution which is placed in a waterdrop notch.

For the engine, the Vivo Y17s is equipped with a powerful Mediatek Helio G85 processor, which is built using a 12 nm fabrication process.

This chipset has eight cores (octa-core) consisting of Cortex-A75 (clockspeed 2.0 GHz) and six Cortex-A55 cores (clockspeed 1.8 GHz).

Vivo Y17s is available with large memory, namely 6 GB LDDR4x RAM and 128 GB internal memory. This device is also equipped with the Extended RAM 3.0 feature, which allows users to expand RAM up to 12GB.

What’s interesting is that the Vivo Y17s has been equipped with a MicroSD card slot up to 1TB, so users can store large amounts of files, photos, videos and so on.
