On November 22, Vivo in the Chinese market made a surprise by launching the Vivo X90 series. Two models have been launched, Vivo X90 and X90 Pro. Both are equipped with the Dimensity 9200 chipset and consumers can already buy both smartphones.
The latest surprise is again presented by Vivo. Yup! As of December 6, 2022, Vivo opens sales of the Vivo X90 Pro+ in the Chinese market. For those of you who are new to the Vivo X90 Pro+, this is the world’s first smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
This upper-class smartphone also known as the flagship smartphone comes in two memory configurations, 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 512GB ROM. Each variant is offered at 6,499 Yuan (Rp. 14.6 million) and 6,999 Yuan (Rp. 15.7 million). It comes in two colors, China Red and Original Black.
Not only attractive in the performance sector, Vivo X90 Pro+ is also an IP68 certified dust and water resistant smartphone. Meanwhile, for the display sector, Vivo X90 Pro+ is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO 4.0 screen, which features Quad HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
Interestingly, the screen of this smartphone has a brightness of up to 1800 nits. Furthermore, the screen of the Vivo X90 Pro+ also comes with a punch hole and this screen has curved edges and supports an under-screen fingerprint scanner for security purposes.
The RAM technology used is LPDDR5x and the internal memory is UFS 4.0. Meanwhile, for the power sector, this smartphone has come with a 4700mAh battery which supports 80W fast charging and 50W fast charging wirelessly.
Now! For selfie-loving gadget fans, the Vivo X90 Pro+ has a 32MP front camera. The rear camera setup of this smartphone consists of a 1-inch 50MP main camera with a Sony IMX989 sensor and has OIS or optical image stabilization support.
The main camera is paired with a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom. Being a flagship smartphone, the Vivo X90 Pro+ also comes with Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, dual speakers and NFC.
