Jakarta, Selular.ID – Last year Vivo officially presented the first X Series flagship in Indonesia through the X50 and X50 Pro. Earlier this year the company continued its high-end phones with the X60 and X60 Pro duo. Today (29/9/2021), the vendor confirmed the presence of the successor to the family, Vivo X70 Pro, in the country.
After being launched globally in early September, the Vivo X70 Pro is the successor to the Vivo X Series, which is the result of collaboration between Vivo and the global leader in optics and opto-electronics and the well-known mobile imaging pioneer Zeiss. Through this collaboration, it is certain that Ponsell will bring a series of professional photography technologies with one of Zeiss Optics’ mainstay features.
Edy Kusuma, Senior Brand Director of Vivo Indonesia said, “This Vivo X7O Pro is the result of a long-term partnership between Vivo and Zeiss. We introduce professional photography technology through Vivo’s latest flagship smartphone, which is something we are really looking forward to. Finally, after various processes, we will officially bring a new variant for the top series, namely Vivo X70 Pro Co-Engineered with Zeiss in the Indonesian market.”
Vivo and Zeiss have partnered since last year by launching the Vivo X60 Series. Through this success, Vivo ensures that the X70 Pro as the successor will also pack Zeiss camera technology with various updates and developments both in terms of systems and hardware.
Pushing the boundaries of professional photography
Similar to the previous Vivo X Series smartphones, the Vivo X70 Pro device will focus on camera innovation for smartphone photography. The main camera of Vivo X70 Pro will be equipped with Zeiss Optics which has achieved the Zeiss T Coating certification standard. This coating will produce sharpness and clarity, improve image quality accurately, restore object color, while reducing reflectivity, and minimize the effects of flare, stray light, and ghosting in shooting.
Vivo X70 Pro also provides Professional Experience to become a reliable photographer. This professional experience will be felt by users when exploring Vivo Indonesia’s first smartphone that uses Zeiss Optics on its main camera. Zeiss Optics will later be integrated with camera features that have been developed by Vivo, starting from the Ultra-Sensing Gimbal Camera which will significantly improve video and photo stabilization with clear results even in low light conditions.
In addition, through the Real-Time Extreme Night Vision feature, it is able to produce clear images in low light conditions with bright real-time previews before the user takes pictures of objects, making it easier to capture every detail of the object to be photographed.
Zeiss Optics’ mainstay features were previously only found on professional camera devices and on the Vivo X60 Pro+ (not available in Indonesia). Now, the benefits of this technology can be felt through the Vivo X70 Pro.
“Regarding the official release date and other specifications, we will announce it as soon as possible. We hope that through the presence of Vivo X70 Pro, we can bring new standards in the smartphone photography industry,” concluded Edy.
It is not yet known whether the company will also bring in two other members of the X70 Pro family, namely the X70 and X70 Pro+. We are waiting for the official announcement.
