With a thickness of 7.79 mm and a weight of about 186 grams, the Vivo V25 5G is available in two colors, namely Diamond Black and Aquamarine Blue.

The design of the back of the phone uses Fluorite AG Glass material which can change color when reflected in light. However, the color change only occurs on blue devices.
