Selular.ID – Official information that has just come from OEMs, reveals that the Vivo V23 5G and V23 Pro 5G models will be released on January 5, 2022. As the Cellular team quoted from Gizmochina, the confirmation came via an official teaser released yesterday.
The teaser confirms some of the specifications that have been leaked for the two models. The design of the V23 5G and V23 Pro 5G looks similar to the Chinese versions called the vivo S12 and S12 Pro, which were introduced in China earlier this week.
The teaser shows the vivo V23 with a flat screen and metal frame, while for the V23 Pro series it arrives with a curved screen. The V23 Pro has a dual selfie camera that includes a 50MP camera and an ultra-wide sensor. The V23 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chip.
In addition, it is also said that the V23 Pro will feature a 108MP rear camera, along with an ultra-wide and macro camera. The teaser also confirms that the V23 model will be the first color-changing smartphone in India to use a color-changing glass that reflects a brilliant color spectrum. The phone will be available in Sunshine Gold color variants of the V23 5G and V23 Pro 5G.
Previously, this upcoming Vivo smartphone had first appeared on the Geekbench list. Carrying the model number V2126, the Geekbench listing states that the Vivo V23e 5G comes with a 48MP front camera, triple rear-mounted cameras, and a waterdrop notch display.
