Vivo V21 5G and X60 Can Access 5G Internet Telkomsel

With the presence of the 5G network from Telkomsel in Indonesia in May 2021, currently Vivo V21, Vivo X60, and Vivo X60 Pro mobile phone users can experience optimal service.

“We are proud to announce that Vivo X60 Series and Vivo V21 5G users are now able to run automatic updates to enjoy 5G networks in certain areas according to the 5G network coverage by network providers,” said Vivo Indonesia Product and Marketing Strategy Director Denny Galant in his statement, quoted on Sunday (25/7/2021).

“We understand that this update has been anticipated by many Vivo 5G-Ready smartphone users following the launch of the 5G network by Telkomsel some time ago,” he continued.

Telkomsel 5G Internet itself was launched on 27 May, but not all phones can use the new technology. Telkomsel explained that the devices that could access the 5G network at that time were those with 5G Non-Stand Alone (NSA) capabilities at a frequency of 2,300 MHz.

At that time, Telkomsel listed two Vivo phones that could already be used on its 5G internet. The first is the Vovo X60 and the second is the Vivo X60 Pro. But apparently Vivo Indonesia just activated the 5G internet technology feature on the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro last weekend.

The Vivo X60 and X60 Pro were launched in Indonesia on April 8 yesterday. Both are marketed as phones with 5G internet technology.

Vivo X60 and X60 Pro both use the Snapdragon 870 processor from Qualcomm. X60 is supported which is equipped with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage memory, while Vivo X60 Pro uses 12 GB RAM and 256 GB ROM.

Vivo X60 Price In Indonesia, it sells for Rp. 8 million, while the Vivo X60 Pro is sold at Rp. 10 million.

Meanwhile, Vivo V21 has been sold in Indonesia since June 2021 yesterday. Driven by Snapdragon 720G, with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM to 256 GB, this phone is sold from IDR 4.4 million in the country.
