Vivo Celebrates 10 Years with Imagine Photography Awards 2024

Vivo Indonesia marked a decade of innovation by launching the Imagine ⁤photography Awards 2024, a ⁢prestigious photography competition⁢ that underscores the‍ brand’s ⁢dedication to advancing imaging ‍technology. The competition ran ​from September ⁣23 to November 23, 2024, drawing an impressive 6,800 entries across six categories:⁣ portrait, street, series, still life, nature, and night photography. The grand finale and award ceremony took place on December 9, 2024, at Live house, M‍ Bloc Space, Jakarta, where the ⁤winners ⁤were announced in a vibrant celebration of ⁣visual storytelling.

“Today, we not ⁤only reflect on the journey we’ve taken but also‍ look ahead with enthusiasm and optimism,” said Alexa‍ Tiara, Vivo Indonesia’s⁣ Public Relations Manager.

Tiara explained that the competition⁢ was inspired by Vivo’s “Joy in Us” beliefs, which encourages individuals to capture, immortalize, and connect through photography. “We invite​ everyone to celebrate⁣ happiness and build connections through the technology we provide,” she added.

Vivo believes that every ⁣moment holds a unique story, ⁢and⁤ the Imagine Photography⁤ Awards aimed‌ to ⁣empower ⁢users to become storytellers. “Through visual language, we don’t just offer the best imaging technology; we inspire users ⁢to share their stories,” Tiara ‍noted.

Winners and​ Prizes

Each‍ of the six ⁣category winners received a Vivo X100 Pro,a testament ⁤to Vivo’s cutting-edge​ technology. ⁢The winners included⁤ Dian Pratama ⁣Putra, a freelance event organizer, who took the top ⁤prize in the Nature category, and M.Aditya Sakti Prabowo,a P3K employee,who won the Series category. Other winners were‍ Jiehan Herry saputro ⁣(Portrait), Sofyan efendi (Street), Sofyan efendi​ (Still Life), and Sisca J. Esperanza (Night).

A special jury award ​was​ also presented to Andika​ oky Arisandi from Blitar, who won a cash prize of IDR 50 million‍ for his captivating ⁤photograph of Javanese batik culture. The image featured a Javanese girl​ crafting batik in a room illuminated by dramatic lighting, highlighting the intricate details⁤ of the ⁢batik cloth.

Collaboration with Indonesian Ministry of Tourism

In ⁢line with Vivo’s “Joy in Us” vision, the company announced a collaboration with the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism for the Splendid Indonesia campaign. The theme, “Portrait of Indonesia,” selected the⁢ work of Vendi Risky Kesworo, an entrepreneur from Klaten. His photograph depicted a javanese⁤ puppeteer performing shadow puppets under‌ sunlight filtering through bamboo, blending culture and nature‍ seamlessly. Kesworo was awarded a Vivo ‌X100 Pro for his winning entry.

Exhibition and Future Plans
