Vít Starý lost sight of the media a year ago, but now the singer of the band Mandrage has decided to leave his hiding place. He has found a job and wants to tell the world his version of the whole story!

It has been more than a year since the band Mandrage played their last concert in the Karlin Forum. At that time, the frontman Vít Starý, who had succumbed to his drug addiction, was already missing from the scene.

After discovering the reason for the disintegration of the famous music group, Vít Starý preferred to clean up from the public eye. However, the other members willingly gave interviews to newspapers, and for example, guitarist Josef Bolan did not let the former friend let the thread dry.

Relations between Mandrage members are currently at a freezing point, which was confirmed by Starý. “To put it mildly, Pepa no longer has my sympathies,” the singer said in an interview with Express.cz, which provided after months of silence.

The year of hiding was very challenging for Vít Starý. He enjoys his return all the more. “It wasn’t easy. I’m mentally fine today, but at the time I was in hiding, it wasn’t good,” says the singer of the defunct band.

Frontman Mandrage seized the opportunity and accepted a job at the Pilsen theater. But he had to forget his stellar past, because she works as a “girl for everything”. When needed, he measures the temperature, other times he sits at the reception or does a backstage.

“I’m fine. I think it’s time for me to speak. So far, others have spoken,” the old told his former colleagues, intending to tell the public his version of the truth.

Although Vít Starý is currently satisfied with his work in the theater, he lacks a musical career and is therefore planning to return.

The singer formed a new band, found friends in the theater, with whom he regularly rehearses in the local rehearsal room. The old man writes his own lyrics and music and believes that he will be able to break through again.
