After the video went viral, the manager of Kasang Kulim Zoo came to the house of the man named Hasanal Arifin (19).

When questioned, Hasanal admitted that he wanted to create content with orangutans.

“We came to his house politely to ask what his purpose was for making videos with orangutans. So, he admitted that he was just making video content,” said Kasang Kulim Zoo manager, Desrizal, when interviewed by Kompas.com by telephone, Tuesday (7/7). /6/2022) night.

He explained that at first Hasanal wanted to create funny content with orangutans.

However, Hasanal did not ask permission to make the video. He also crossed the fence of the orangutan enclosure without permission.

“He doesn’t have permission to take videos and doesn’t ask for permission to also pass through the fence. If there is a permit, of course we will accompany him,” explained Desrizal.

Instead of making funny videos, Hasanal actually creates content that can harm himself.

“He wants to make funny content like that, but he doesn’t want to follow Kasang Kulim’s rules. It’s a danger to himself. We weren’t told. But if our cage security and SOP are in place. So, it’s impossible for us to be blamed,” explained Desrizal.
