The site of the former SNCF depot in Montluçon is listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments.
The AAATV Montluçon ensures its conservation and restores old railway equipment.
A railway museum is being set up on the site.

Currently occupied by the AAATV – MO association which maintains and renovates old Cockerill crane-type equipment with all its wagons and accessories. It also maintains old railcars which are used for tourist trips. There is also a hub used for the return the machines and be able to park them under the rotunda.
A museum is being set up with documents, accessories (lanterns, clocks, etc.) tracing the life of the railway workers of yesterday.
You can also see a model of the old SNCF depot as it existed fifty years ago. Free parking, public transport
