Mr. Eric Dupond-Moretti, Keeper of the Seals, was visiting the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal on Friday March 12, he was accompanied by a delegation of members of the Ministry of Justice. He met Mr. Bruno Lasserre, Vice-President of the Council of State who was also accompanied by a delegation of members of the Council of State. They were greeted by Ms. Helmlinger, President of the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal.
This visit gave rise to a visit to the site of the future Administrative Tribunal of Marseille in the presence of Ms. Bonmati, President of the Tribunal, as well as a round table led by Ms. Helmlinger on the topics of the dematerialization of procedures with the tool. Télérecours and mediation, during which intervened Mr. Bruno Lasserre, the chairman of the jurisdiction and the members of the court, registry agents and magistrates.
