We are currently supporting our client – a dynamic up-and-coming law firm in Vienna – in finding a dedicated person.

Lawyer / senior trainee focusing on M&A / start-ups / corporate law

You can expect a warm and friendly corporate culture in a young team that specializes in transactions, corporate law, reorganization and mergers.

Your future actions:

• Independent advice to clients in the above legal areas
• Independent legal support for startups and direct communication for founders
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Legal assistance in carrying out corporate affairs
• Preparing legal reports and opinions in the field of corporate law
• Support for restructuring measures such as company formation, changes and mergers
• Works closely with other attorneys on the team to resolve complex legal issues

Your profile:

• The completed bar exam
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in the field of operations, corporate law or reorganization
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian corporate law as well as knowledge of national and international affairs
• Passionate about business law and transactions
• Excellent analytical skills, detailed writing skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
• A team player with strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
