‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ is a very popular movie among the Malayali audience. This was a film with a big star cast of Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasuriya.
‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ is the first film directed by actor and singer Nadirsha. The screenplay of the film was written by Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George.
Now, in an interview given to Mirchi Malayalam, Vishnu Unnikrishnan is talking about the funny experience he had when he went to tell a story to Jayasurya.
The actor said that among Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasurya, he was the first to tell the story to Jayasurya and the first half of the story was told and Jayasurya suddenly got up and went inside.
After hearing the story, Vishnu says that Jayasurya was ready to do any role in it and they told him to play the character of Akbar. The actor also added that Jayasuriya was the one who could do that role in their minds.
Jayeta was the first to tell the story for Amar Akbar Anthony. That is to say the first of these three heroes in it. Apart from that, the story has been told to many others.
