Visa, the world’s largest payment processing company, will launch cryptocurrency consulting service for its clients – merchants and financial institutions, Reuters reported.
The move aims to help banks and other institutions attract and retain customers betting on cryptocurrency payments, the company said.

The service offered by Visa includes cryptocurrency training programto allow customers to process such payments as well aid for the management of cryptocurrency transactions.
A new global study conducted by Visa shows that Nearly 40 percent of cryptocurrency holders are ready to transfer their traditional bank assets to cryptocurrency-related assets next year.

Visa is preparing to launch a service soon that will allow its banking partners to buy, sell and service cryptocurrencies. The company also has card programs that allow their users to earn bitcoins when shopping. It is also possible for customers to use USD Coin, a cryptocurrency that is directly linked to the dollar, for payments.
Meanwhile, the heads of six cryptocurrency companies are expected to address the US Congress later today and warn lawmakers to “touch carefully” when they decide to impose new rules on digital assets. Otherwise, cryptocurrency transactions could go “illegal” or leave the United States.
