Lima | Peru will close its businesses and suspend air and land transport during Easter week, as part of a national containment intended to fight the coronavirus epidemic, the government announced on Wednesday.
“On the occasion of the four days of Holy Week (Easter), a quarantine will be decreed. The aim is to avoid the influx of people, ”the President of the Council of Ministers, Violeta Bermúdez, told reporters.
