SAMARINDA – One more positive move was shown by the youth of East Kalimantan, namely the start-up corporation virtualworld.id which was able to develop the strategy game Virtual World.
In fact, to mark this cool achievement, a Virtual Shoot Competition was held which was divided into 2 sessions. Session deathmacht mode on 9 July 2023 and capture the flag mode on 13 July 2023.
World’s virtual representative, Nanda, explained that these games represent their achievements in developing new works amidst the fierce competition in the digital business. “It is a matter of pride for us and hopefully we can continue to grow,” he said during the game’s launching session on Sunday (9/7/2023).
Opened by the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Tourism Office, Ahmad Herwansyah, he expressed his salute and pride for the game’s development achievements. Moreover, it is not an easy thing to be able to create and present good and interesting online games.
“It turns out that there is a community that is serious about working on an interesting strategy game that can be played online. Given the massive trend of gaming at this time,” he said.
Games develop like this are urgently needed in order to develop the potential of local human resources.
