Previously, Poco had just announced that it had lowered service costs including services and spare parts for its smartphones. This policy is here so that after-sales service can be more affordable for all Poco Fans.
This cost reduction policy has been carried out since January 2022. In an official statement received on Saturday (26/2/2022), this cost reduction applies to smartphone repairs whose warranty period has expired.
In detail, HP Poco’s service costs are now 50 percent more affordable, while the cost of spare parts is now down 5 percent. In addition, Poco also offers special premium services for every purchase of Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro.
Through this premium service, Poco Indonesia offers an extra screen protection guarantee beyond the standard warranty period.
Consumers will be free from screen replacement fees for one time within a maximum period of six months at a Poco service center, starting from the date of purchase of Poco F3 or Poco X3 Pro.
But keep in mind, this premium Poco service can only be used by consumers whose damage is accidental, such as a fall. Therefore, damage caused by use, such as scratches or the use of certain software, is not covered by this service.
To make it easier for users, there are currently 150 Poco service centers spread across various cities in Indonesia. During this pandemic period, Poco also provides direct repair services with device pickup at home.
Before Poco, Xiaomi also announced this policy last week. This new price adjustment for service and spare parts costs is aimed at providing a better experience for Xiaomi fans.
