In recent months, Bert Niesters has often taken a critical look at the corona measures. As professor and head of the clinical virology section at the University Medical Center Groningen, he is involved in tackling the crisis. In the North, things are still less bad than in the Randstad.
As far as he is concerned, the cabinet should make mouth masks mandatory, instead of just issuing advice, Niesters told Dagblad van het Noorden this week. However, it remains important to use your mouth mask properly.
