“Virgoun’s Divorce: Attorney Gives Response to Subpoena from Tenri Anisa”

Sandy Arifin as the attorney for Virgoun gave a response to the summons filed by Tenri Anisa.

In the press conference, Tenri Anisa gave a subpoena to Virgoun and Inara Rusli.

Sandy Arifin also admitted that he had not received a subpoena from Tenri Anisa.

Currently, he and Virgoun are reluctant to respond to the subpoena and focus on the divorce suit.

“Because we want to focus on filing lawsuits, I will not answer the subpoena,” said Sandy Arifin when met in South Jakarta, Wednesday (3/5).

Currently, Sandy Arifin is focusing on handling Virgoun’s divorce.

Regarding the divorce, Virgoun has entrusted Sandy Arifin with filing a lawsuit at the Religious Court tomorrow, Thursday (4/5).

“The point is that our client has completely handed over the matter of this divorce to me,” said Sandy Arifin.

“We are waiting for us to register at the West Jakarta Religious Court, God willing, tomorrow at 10 o’clock,” explained Sandy Arifin.

Because he is currently focused on divorce, Sandy Arifin still does not want to discuss and find out more about the subpoena,

“That’s why I don’t dare to comment, what is the content, and what are the problems,” he explained.

“But we will convey if there is a subpoena, but we don’t know what the subpoena is yet, so I don’t want to comment on that,” said Sandy Arifin.
