Have flown the first tourists into space
The company Virgin Galactic flew the first tourists into space on Thursday.
This is stated by the company itself, according to the AFP news agency.
The three passengers are Jon Goodwin (80), Keisha Schahaff (46) and her daughter Anastasia Mayers (18).
It is still not the first time that Virgin Galactic has carried out a commercial trip to space.
At the end of June this year, four paying guests were on a trip with the company. They were to conduct research.
The company Virgin Galactic is owned by billionaire Richard Branson. He founded the company in 2004 and has competition from rich people such as Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos to build an industry for space tourism.
